Short-term rental
Your income, maximized.
Chalet, condo or house. We don't just do Airbnb. We use channels no one else taps to fill your property and rent it at the best price.
Airbnb is one door. We open ten.
Most managers put your property on Airbnb and wait. We distribute it everywhere, Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking, social media and our corporate contacts, and we adjust the price every week based on season and events. More channels, more nights booked, more income.
Our exclusive channels
Why every booking earns more.
Direct bookings
Booked directly, we skip the platform commission. That money stays in your pocket.
Corporate and business
Stays paid on a company budget. They pay for reliability, not discounts.
Insurance and claims
Families rehoused after damage. The insurer pays for equivalent housing, on long guaranteed stays.
Film and TV shoots
Production budgets, a need for a specific location, short duration. The most lucrative channel.
Employee relocation
Paid by the employer, fully furnished, longer stays.
Work crews
Per diem, group bookings, they fill the week when tourism is slow.
Medical and travelling pros
Travelling nurses, doctors, consultants. Stable mid-term.
We choose who sleeps in your home.
More income is worth nothing if the property is damaged. Our screening and experience let us keep only the best guests, those who respect your property as if it were their own.
Every type of property.
We favour real photos of the client's place, never stock images.
An opening few people know about
Renting your principal residence is your right in most of Quebec.
Since Bill 67, in force since March 2023, most Quebec municipalities cannot prohibit you from renting your principal residence short term. Limits remain in some large cities: in Montreal, principal residence rentals are only allowed from June 10 to September 10; in Quebec City, a yearly cap on days applies. Elsewhere, the opening remains huge.
Rules vary by municipality. For a chalet or second property, municipal zoning may apply. In condos, the declaration must allow short-term rental. We always verify your address's eligibility before starting.
